We take on Magento support for stores we built and stores we didn’t. A fair chunk of our retainer book is what we call ‘Magento rescues’ — stores built by a previous agency that’s vanished, gone bust, or just isn’t responsive anymore.
If that’s you, we’ve got a structured onboarding: a paid audit (typically a week), a stabilisation phase to fix the obvious problems and document what’s there, then ongoing support on whichever tier suits your store size and rate of change. We won’t take on a store we can’t look after properly, but we also don’t need to have built it ourselves.
