Most agencies push you towards whichever platform they’re best at — even when it’s wrong for you. We’re Magento-first because Magento is our deepest specialism, but we’ve shipped Shopify and WooCommerce stores for over a decade too. The platform we pick depends on the answer to one question: what does your business actually need?
How we pick
- Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce — when the catalogue is complex, the integrations are non-trivial, B2B features matter, or you need to own the codebase. See our Magento development page.
- Shopify — when you want to ship fast, your catalogue is straightforward, and you’re happy paying a platform fee in exchange for never thinking about hosting. Best for small-to-mid DTC brands.
- WooCommerce — when your site is mostly a content site with some ecommerce attached, or you’re already deeply invested in WordPress, or you want maximum design freedom on a smaller budget.
The work that’s the same regardless
Payment integration. Tax and shipping configuration. Performance work. SEO. Google Shopping feeds. Analytics that actually attributes revenue properly. Mobile-first checkout. Accessibility. Email transactional flow. The unglamorous foundational work that decides whether your store converts or leaks.
