We don’t do month-long discovery phases. We don’t do flat PDFs of wireframes for sign-off. We don’t do three-week design sprints that end in a slide deck.
We build direct. You see real, working pages in your browser, on staging, in week one. Then we tweak it together until it’s right.
Why we work this way
Because traditional agency processes were designed for traditional agencies — big teams, hourly billing, layered handoffs. For a small focused studio like us, those processes mostly produce expensive ways to delay the actual work.
And because clients are much better at giving feedback on real pages than on flat mockups. A wireframe is an abstract picture of a website; nobody really knows whether they’re happy with it until it’s a real page they can click around. So we skip the abstraction.
What you actually get
Week 1 — discovery and kickoff. A real conversation about your business, your customers, your goals. By the end you’ve got a written scope, a clear cost and a clear timeline.
Weeks 2 onward — build direct on staging. Real pages, real content, real interactions. You log in, click around, point at things. We iterate weekly.
Final week — polish and launch. All the edge cases, all the small things, the QA on real devices, the SEO checklist, the analytics setup. Then a calm Tuesday-morning launch.
30 days post-launch — included support. Bugs are fixed, small tweaks happen, your team gets trained.
What this saves you
Time. A typical brochure site launches in 4–6 weeks. A Magento store in 8–16. Larger custom apps in 12–20. Quicker than the agency norm because we skip the slow theatre.
Money. No paying for three weeks of wireframes that get scrapped at the design stage. No paying for two weeks of comps that get scrapped at the build stage. You pay for the thing being built, once.
Frustration. You shape the site as it grows rather than signing off blindly on a flat picture and discovering you don’t actually like it when it’s real.
